We have a swimming pool and encourage all our students to use it. Swimming keeps our heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. Builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs. Tones muscles and builds strength.Swimming is a great sport and helps in the overall wellbeing of children, this is the reason we have incorporated it in our curriculum.

Indoor Games
During the time spent in indoor games, kids usually face several situations and challenges which help them in developing vital skills. For example, interacting with others can help them develop and improve their imagination. Kids also learn to be more curious and expressive. Indoor games also help them learn new things from one another.
Be it chess or carrom, our school gives students access to the best indoor game setups and even provide them with coaching facilities. Games are not only a big de-stressor but playing them helps in the development of the mind.
Outdoor Games
Outdoor play keeps kids active and can boost their physical stamina and fitness. Playing outdoor games can also strengthen their muscles and bones, build immunity, and lower the risk of many diseases like diabetes, heart problems, and obesity. … But outdoor play can improve their eyesight.
Facilities for sports activities on our campus include tennis, basketball, football courtskhokho& boxing. We have an extensive outdoor space for enriching a child’s open play activities. We have an experienced team of sports faculties that also train the students for tournaments and competitions.
